Amount of Rs. 500000.00 received to Nilgala G.S division of Bibile A.G division of Monaragala district in the Uva province in Sri Lanka. Special meeting of the village council have been held to discuss what should be done with this amount with the participation of Mr. Vijitha Berugoda minister of Uva provincial council, Mr. Sudunilame the charmer of Pradesiya sabha of Bibile, Mr. Ubesena minister of pradesiyasbha Bibile. They decided to make the road of Weddabaddihinna, Pinnalada in there. It was proposed to put the concrete on four spots into damages on the road. The T.A of Bibile divisional secretary is responsible to make estimate to the road. The T.A. approved to put the concrete on damage less spot. It is very valuable, if the concrete was put on the spots where decided by the village council. The concert layer can we pull up with the hand. Villagers informed to the divisional secreted but there is no solution. The relevant must conceder about this road.

Concrete is not standard. We don’t like it. We reminded about this A.G. office Bibile but there is not solution.

We won’t grow sugarcane

We are reluctant to grow to because Nigala is a herbal park. This herbal are will be destructed. The ground will be unfruitful. It for we lick not to sugarcane in place of that We lire to grow orange lemon, pomegranate, tangerine, papaw etc. we have problems even them such as water, money. If somebody help we can grow above items.

Bibile Pitakumbura village has an exciting medicinal forest called Nilgala which was grown by King Buddhadasa.It is the only Savana forest in Sri Lanka.There is a river called Gal-Oya which nourishes the Inginiyagala Senanayaka Samudra.
